Antique commode cabinet. Oiled walnut with marble top. The original finish was varnish, which my mom stripped immediately after she acquired the cabinet sometime in the early to mid 1960s. She refinished it with boiled linseed oil (applied hot). The original owner had this cabinet in a tight space where it wouldnt quite fit with the marble top in place so she removed the backsplash and had someone cut a notch out of the left end of the marble top so it would fit in the space where shed decided it needed to go. Unfortunately, by the time this lady sold the cabinet to my mom, shed lost the marble backsplash pieces, so we never had those. In the downward looking photo you can see the two screw holes where the backsplash was originally attached to the top. You can see the cut out notch in the fifth photo. For the most part, the wood is in excellent condition. There are a couple of issues though. There is a piece of wood broken out of the top edge of the front of the cabinet where the plate that the lock bolt meshed with when the drawer was locked. Also, the medallion around the key hole in the top drawer got knocked off somewhere along the way. Both of these issues are plainly visible in the photos. Mom used this cabinet to store art and sewing supplies for many, many years and it served her well for that purpose. Now that mom is gone, its time to find this cabinet a new home. Beautiful French Style Upholstered (Chrome base) rocking chair. This chair is extremely comfortable, but moving from a 4 bedroom home to a 1 bedroom apt calls for unloading some really nice stuff. This was purchased in the 1970s, and I believe is in the French design .... although there is an Italian version as well. It was very expensive when originally purchased .. see comparable chairs in the pictures. The chair was re-upholstered to a nicer, more modern design ... from a smoke free home. No rips or smells, but 1 very small stain on the seat (hardly noticeable). I am asking $275 or BO and can deliver FREE of charge within 15 miles of Hopewell / Princeton NJ. Thanks, Princeton Hopewell Pennington Lambertville Skillman Montgomery Flemington Brunswick Somerset Langhorne Doylestown Newtown

60 Vizio Snart App TV 4K Excellent condition. Plastic still on screen. Manufactured in 2017. We purchased from Walmart in 2021. For some reason, the screen has a blue tint to it. WE RECENTLY CALLED AROUND AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WOULD BE $250 TO REPLACE THE LED LIGHTS. We decided to just purchase a new tv. Therefore, this TV is sold as is with the blue tint to the picture. Only asking $75 cash
