These consist of individual reclining backs, which all move smoothly and seemlessly. The ottoman is not included, sorry. The leather could benefit from some light surface cleaning and we do have a cat and there is some light cat damage in some of the corners and arms, but nothing super terrible. Japanese Kabuki Oshie Padded Textile Art, Pair Design Plus Gallery presents a Pair of Japanese Kabuki Oshie Padded Textile Artworks. These traditional Japanese textile compositions depict Kabuki theater figures dressed in elaborate costumes. Oshie is a decorative art technique involving layered and padded fabrics, including silk and brocade, arranged to create threedimensional figures. One panel portrays a figure in a golden ochre robe with bold black accents, while the other depicts a figure wearing a patterned pink kimono with multicolored textile details. Both compositions are presented against goldtoned fabric backgrounds and enclosed in slender goldtone frames. They are in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage.
