I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

One (1) Twin Solid Oak Platform Bed •Purchased in Philadelphia around 1995. Footboard ~26 H and Headboard is ~38 H • Used by our son until about 2008 • Condition: Very good condition with normal nicks and bumps from use and age but overall, I would say still in very good to excellent condition. Note that on the footboard on the one edge it is much darker than the other wood. Dont know if that is grain color or if we had it up against something. New owner can decide if they want to very, very lightly sand and put an oak stain on it. • Has been stored disassembled since 2008 • Goes with just about any kids décor • Note: Both my boys were 6’ – 6’2” by the time they left for college and at that point the beds were too short. So, you will see that the length is 6’3” however assuming your head isn’t up against the headboard and your feet aren’t against the footboard I wouldn’t recommend for anyone taller than 5’10” - 6 maximum. • Most of the twins you see are pine not oak so don’t be fooled. These are rock sold and heavy. To build one yourself the cost of the wood would be more than the cost of this bed. David, the buyer of the twin to this one is a carpenter by profession and told me to buy the oak wood would cost ~2X what he paid for the complete bed. He had looked in furniture stores and found everything in this price range of poor quality. For the quickest response please send me your first name, cell# and where you will be coming from so, we can work out the day and time of the exchange. Housekeeping I follow Craigslist Recommendations: Deal locally, face-to-face—follow this one rule and avoid 99% of scam attempts. •Please review all photos. I find they are more useful than the description. • Pickup only • Cash only • Exact amount please • Small bills only - $1s, $5s, $10s or $20s. No $50s or $100s. • No 3rd Party Pickup and Store

The price is $400. This price is firm and non-negotiable. Please dont ask for a discount or make an offer. For sale is a nightstand that is intended to be placed next to a bed. It can also be used in a living room and placed to the side of a sofa as an end table. Of course, it can also be used in other settings and for other purposes. The table is a Dixie Furniture brand. Dixie was a medium-sized furniture company, founded in Lexington, North Carolina in 1901. There are some markings on the back panel, including 9-4100 N.S., J-4 W, Waverly MAH. Partly based on these markings, this particular night stand was likely manufactured at the Lexington location in the mid-1920s. Its about 100 years old. It is an American traditional style of furniture (sometimes called the American Federal style of furniture) with lots of simple straight lines for the legs, table platform, lower shelf, and the drawer. The only elements that are not straight are the oval drawer handle, the curved top front panel, and the curved bottom front panel. This is likely from their Waverly series, model 9-4100. The MAH likely refers to the mahogany construction. Nearly all visible portions of the table are constructed of solid Mahogany wood or Walnut Wood. This is Mahogany and Walnut wood, through and through. This is not just wood veneer over MDF. Some portions of the table, which are normally not visible, including the drawer sides, back and bottom, are constructed of solid oak wood. This is all high-end construction. For example, the table drawer is constructed with dovetail joints. Due to the generous use of solid Mahogany wood, this is a very solid table, weighing about 25 pounds. The entire unit measures about 24.5 tall, 19.125 wide, 15.75 deep in the middle, and 14.5 deep at the extreme sides. The top surface is mainly rectangular-shaped, but the front section is slightly curved. This top surface measures about 19.125 wide, 15.75 deep in the middle, and 14.5 deep at the extreme sides. The tabletop sits 24.5 off of the ground. There is one (1) drawer at the top, which pulls out on wooden sliders. The front of the drawer has an oval-shaped bronze handle. The interior space of the drawer measures about 15.25 wide, 12.5 deep in the middle, 11.5 deep at the extreme sides, and 3.25 tall. Below this drawer is an open storage space that measures about 16.5 wide and 15 deep and 12.25 tall. The table is in excellent condition, especially considering it is about 100 years old. Structurally, its in incredibly robust condition, with no wood bending, warping, or fatigue. The drawer slides out with ease. Everything is solid. Cosmetically, everything is also in excellent condition. There are no significant scratches, dents, dings, or smudges or any exterior surface. There are some very tiny surface scratches, but these are not particularly noticeable. And there are a few water-stains on the top surface, where the lacquer finish is wearing thin. And there is some fading of the original brown stain on the top surface. These cosmetic issues dont harm the structural integrity of the table. You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. You can easily fit this into a standard sized passenger car. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction. I prefer that you reach out via text message. Sending an initial email message is OK. But arranging pickup solely using email is not a feasible option for me. Eventually, youll have to text me to arrange a specific pickup or delivery time. Thanks.

Mint condition ------ hardly ever used!!!! Sound Formulas are basically the same as Signature series. SF were a little lighter in design targeted at mellower styles of music. When they were discontinued, the Signature line absorbed many of the models. If you are smart enough not to dish out the big bucks for a new Sig ride, grab this one, you cant loose. A Paiste 20 Signature Power ride would cost $500+.
