This is a set of vintage orange swiveling dining room chairs by Virtue Brothers of California, that has been in my family since it was new. It is a very clean smooth style right after the MCM period. I think my parents got them as a wedding present 1972, but I never got the full story. I just know it was in the formal dining room and we only went in there on Holidays or when guests showed up. They are in good shape for their age, just look at the photos. The side edges on the back rests show the most wear, where it would bump the table as it swiveled. We were trying different feet that didnt leave marks on the wood floor and didnt slide to easily like the originals. All the foot tips are available online or at hardware stores, you just have to decide what works best for you. We tried one in black & white rubber. One foot is missing the nylon pad on the original set of feet. The base separates easily with one screw at the base of the mounting bracket and the base post can can lift off easily. Vintage coastal woven rattan glass-top and wrought iron side table This has a distinct blend of materials including a hardwood frame, woven rattan trim, and wrought iron legs. This design is often categorized as vintage coastal or tropical traditional style. Hardwood frame with a medium brown finish, woven rattan (wicker) around the apron, a protective glass top, and a metal base. This measures: 28 in wide x 28 in deep x 24.5 in high. It’s in pretty good condition with minor wear on it and it has some glue inside the drawer that needs to be cleaned. The glass top has a small, very minor chip on the edge from when I transported it. There is minimal wear on the rattan. Other than that, it’s a really good condition ready for a new home.
