The price is $200. This price is firm and non-negotiable. Please dont ask for a discount or make an offer. For sale is a small, but portable sitting chair. The chair is a Luce Furniture brand. Luce was a large furniture company, founded in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1896. The company operated there until 1933, when it closed due to bankruptcy. This particular chair was likely manufactured at the Grand Rapids location in the mid-1920s. Its about 100 years old. The chair is an American traditional style of furniture with lots of simple lines for the legs and chair back. But there is some ornamentation, especially etchings in the wood. This is a very high-quality chair. Nearly all visible structural portions of the chair are constructed of solid Mahogany wood or Walnut Wood. This is Mahogany and Walnut wood, through and through. This is not just wood veneer over MDF. The seat cushion is made of thick foam padding with velvety red-colored fabric that is connected to the wooden support platform using heavy-duty metal tacks. Due to the generous use of solid wood, this is a very solid chair. But given its small size, its still very lightweight, weighing only about 6 pounds. Based on its very small size, this is intended to be used as a casual chair that can be easily moved around. The chair measures just 15 wide, 15 deep, and 33 tall. The seat cushion is relatively small, measuring just 14 wide and 13 deep. If you need a generous area for a larger butt, then this is not the chair for you. The seat cushion rests 18 off of the ground, which is normal height for a chair. The seat back measures about 11 wide and 15 tall. This chair is probably best for a slim adult, a growing teenager, or elementary-school aged child. Once again, this is a very small, but extremely portable antique chair. This chair was stored in the corner of my living room, if we needed an extra chair for an extra guest. We simply picked it up and moved it over to the sofa for the extra guest. Considering that its about 100 years old, the chair is in excellent condition. Structurally, its in incredibly robust condition, with no wood bending, warping, or fatigue. The seat cushion is still soft when you sit, but sturdy enough to accommodate your weight. Everything is solid. The only negative to report is that a small 4 section of the wooden backrest broke. But it was glued back together. You can see the break in Pictures 23 and 24. The red arrows pinpoint the section that was glued back together. The good news is that the glue seems to be holding well and it does not appear to harm the structural integrity of the backrest. Cosmetically, the chair is also in excellent condition. There are no significant scratches, dents, dings, or smudges or any exterior surface. There are some very tiny surface scratches, but these are not particularly noticeable. These cosmetic issues dont harm the structural integrity of the chair. You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. You can easily fit this into a standard sized passenger car. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction. I prefer that you reach out via text message. Sending an initial email message is OK. But arranging pickup solely using email is not a feasible option for me. Eventually, youll have to text me to arrange a specific pickup or delivery time. Thanks.

So for clarity, at this price you get the iPhone, earpods (sealed), and a waterproof case for the phone. Charging cable also included. Look - the phone is not perfect, it does go back to 2022 as the original release year... so naturally it has a few scuffs, but nothing I would call a deal breaker... So well call it in GOOD condition. We have more than one, so the serial numbers will obviously change. The phone came to us networked locked with AT&T - the NY State agency that released these could not get their SIM card restriction removed. Price therefore reflects that.
