For Sale is Our King Size Winkbed Hybrid Made in the USA Mattress w/ Pillow Top. This mattress is flawless and has lived 9 months in 1 spot in a smoke free and pet free home. It has also been inside a mattress protector for that duration as well. It retails for $3000 and were selling for $400. We no longer need it as we have purchased another high end mattress that fell into our lap at a price we couldnt pass up. We weigh a total of less than 300lbs so the mattress has very little usage. Antique Arts & Crafts Dark Oak Hall Tree/Rack w/Mirror Good condtion for its age, but in need of a little TLC as the mirror is not original. Previous owner had screws holding it in place, but a replacement for the precut grooves would be best to restore to original funcitonality. Beautiful one-off craftsmanship of the era with cut out decorative elements, unique finials, antique iron hooks and boot/umbrella drip pans. Certainly shows signs of age and has had some variations of features (looks like hooks were either moved or replaced at some point). Dimensions: ~79H X 31.25W X 14.25D Asking: $300. Cash/Zelle (preferred) or Venmo. We are located in the Bayview District of SF (94124). No delivery, but check out the Lugg app if you cant transport on your own. Selling a classic white Kenmore top-freezer refrigerator that is an absolute powerhouse. Kenmore appliances from this era are famous for their long-term durability and heavy-duty reliability. This was our dedicated garage fridge. It worked flawlessly from 2013 until March 2025, when it was safely unplugged and moved into our clean local storage unit due to a relocation. It cools incredibly fast, holds a steady temperature, and is built to last. Cosmetically, it shows its history as a garage appliance—there are some surface dings on the lower door and typical handle discoloration from age. The interior is in good shape with solid shelves and deep door bins; it just needs a quick cosmetic wipe-down from sitting in storage. If you need an indestructible second fridge for a garage, basement, workshop, or rental property where functionality matters more than perfection, this is the one! Details & Features: • Brand: Kenmore • Style: Classic Top-Freezer with textured handles • Color: White • Condition: Mechanically excellent, cosmetically used/dinged (see photos) • History: Flawless performance for over a decade as a secondary fridge • Current Location: Clean storage unit, ready for quick pickup Price: $150 obo Condition: Sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties, guarantees, or refunds. Payment: Cash or Venmo/Zelle at pickup only. *Note: Please bring a truck or van and a dolly/extra set of hands to help you load, as I cannot assist with heavy lifting. Easy load-out straight from the storage unit.*

HVAC A/C Run Capacitor It is hard to buy these locally, so if you want your A/C up and running right away? I have the following. I will update as I sell. If your home A/C is out (Compressor not running, outdoor fan not running, inside blower not running), this is the most likely and easiest to fix culprit. Lightning storms can have a big effect of power system and blow these out. You can check with Capacitance meter or if you see ANY bulging of the cap, it is bad. 440V is OK (and desired) in place of 370V. It will just be larger and youll have to tie wrap it in.
