Vintage 1970s/1980s wood rolling swivel office desk task chair. Teak veneer over plywood, exposed steel seat hardware, and a four star powder coated black base with black double wheeled plastic casters. Underside adjustment knobs for seat height and back height. Simple and minimalist design with a rich and prominent wood grain throughout. This small scale chair pairs great with most vintage desks with a tight kneehole area. Manufactured by Rabami Stole and made in Denmark. This is an actual Kevi chair, but a variation on the original iconic design. The one currently produced by Engelbrechts is the original design. It is likely a budget production for the Scandinavian Designs market. Manufacturer mark on the backside square plastic connector piece and marked “Kevi. Made in Denmark.” on the underside of the casters. Measures 22w x 22d x 33h overall. The seat back adjusts from 25h to 33h (currently assembled at 32h) The seat adjusts from 15h to 20-1/2h (currently assembled at 17-3/4h) and is 16-3/4w x 14d. Condition is VERY GOOD. Unrestored vintage condition showing less than normal wear from age and previous use. Structurally sound. All parts and hardware are in place with nothing missing. Adjustment mechanisms work well and tighten and loosen as designed. Casters roll smoothly. Cosmetically, there is very light wear to the teak veneer with some minor surface scratches, scuffs, and some blotchiness to the finish. No deep gouges, chips, or detracting damage. The painted base has some swirl marks from cleaning and a few areas chips and associated paint loss. No corrosion or major rust accumulation. Photos reveal more condition details. Clean. Priced FIRM at $150. No offers, no negotiation, no nonsense. Payment in person via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp. NO CASH.
