Now Hiring for Summer 2026: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Weekend/Holiday Availability Required ⸻ Kayak Tour Guide – starting at $18/hr + Tips Responsibilities: • Plan and lead kayak tours (routes mapped out pre-season) • Adjust routes based on tide and weather conditions • Teach basic paddling techniques and water safety • Ensure guest safety and provide on-the-water support • Share fun facts about local history and ecology • Deliver a memorable, five-star experience to every guest Requirements: • Red Cross CPR Certification • Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead • A love for the outdoors and the water • Bonus: knowledge of local marine life, standard kayak tow ability, or guiding experience ⸻ Watercraft Delivery Driver – starting at $16/hr + Tips Responsibilities: • Deliver and pick up kayaks/SUPs for rentals and tours • Help maintain and clean watercraft and equipment • Offer excellent customer service and support Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record • Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead • Bonus: experience towing a trailer (vehicle/trailer provided) ⸻ Rental Pond Crew – starting at $15/hr + Tips Responsibilities: • Operate rental concession and outfit guests with equipment • Help maintain and clean watercraft and equipment • Offer excellent customer service and support Requirements: • Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead • Bonus: good customer service skills and prior experience ⸻ We’re looking for team players with a great attitude, who show up ready to work and make the most of each day on Cape Cod.
