YOUR ROLL IN OUR PROCESS As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our business, driving revenue by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals with premium products that set us apart. Your role is pivotal in our collaborative process, where every team from marketing and operations to support and finance work seamlessly together like a well-oiled machine to deliver exceptional results. Your success directly fuels the entire company: without your sales, there’s no business, no projects to execute, and no paychecks for any 1, making every win a shared victory that keeps us all thriving. OUR PAY PROGRAM You will earn weekly uncapped commissions at a competitive 10 rate, with no cap on your potential earnings. On average, our reps bring in $2,500$5,000 per week, our average sale exceeds $15,000 meaning just 2 sales a week pushes your annual income over $100,000. We set you up for success by providing 1520 pre-qualified leads each week, sourced directly from our marketing team at no cost to you; these aren’t shared or click-bait leads, they are set the day prior ensuring high-quality opportunities. We also include $100 in your paycheck each week for gas. Most of our products require no on-site permits, allowing installations the very next day in 90 of cases. Even our largest packages, featuring 56 products, are fully installed and signed out for completion within 35 days of contract signing. You get paid the very next week, we pay faster than any 1 in the industry and commissions are direct-deposited every Friday for the prior week’s sales. For sales involving permitslike windows/doors, roofs, or photovoltaic solar systems, we advance $500 per week from your commission once the job is approved, until installation is complete, when you’ll receive the remaining balance. These packages typically exceed $30,000, generating substantial commissions that make advances feasible. You’ll work as a 1099 independent contractor, and while not required, we encourage setting up a business entity within your first couple of months for seamless payments.
