SEALCOATING FOREMAN – HANDS-ON FOREMAN

Established pavement maintenance company hiring a working foreman to run sealcoat and striping crews. This is a weather driven production role. When it’s dry and above 70°, we run hard. What You’ll Do Lead 2–4 crew members on sealcoat and striping jobs Operate sealcoat buggy and striping equipment Handle layout and job setup Keep production moving efficiently Track materials and daily footage Communicate directly with ownership This is a working foreman role. You lead and produce. What We’re Looking For 3+ years asphalt, sealcoat, striping, or pavement experience Prior crew lead or informal leadership experience Can run a job without babysitting Understand production pace and job flow Mechanical troubleshooting experience with sealcoat, striping, small engine equipment, and work trucks preferred Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Valid driver’s license, insurable record Able to pass DOT physical Drug free workplace The Work Structure Weather dependent season Some slow weeks early and late season Heavy hours when weather opens Opportunity for strong seasonal earnings If you need guaranteed 40 hours every week year round, this is not the right fit.
