I have a large hand-knotted wool area rug for sale. It is made by the Tibet Rug Company and is 6 feet wide by 9 feet long (72 inches by 108 inches). The color is beige with red poppy flowers and colorful accents of green, purple, orange, yellow, blue, and gray. It is in good overall condition with only some minor imperfections as noted in the pictures (not too noticeable when the rug is laid out and you are not looking for them). This rug is a hand-knotted wool rug from the Tibet Rug Companys Classics collection, specifically the Poppies Beige design. This collection is created through a joint venture between a Salt Lake rug company and a cooperative of Tibetan refugees in Katmandu, Nepal. The raw wool is brought into Nepal from Tibet, where sheep live at high altitudes in extreme conditions that result in some of the finest wool in the world. Rich in lanolin, this wool boasts very strong fibers. Once in Nepal, the wool is washed and hand spun. After the wool is dyed, the rugs are hand knotted on cotton warps, using looms and techniques that haven’t changed since their inception several centuries ago. A 4×6 foot rug requires approximately 250 hours to complete. The hand knotting process and the superb quality of the wool produce a rug that will last for generations, under normal wear and circumstances. Tibetan rug weavers translate Utah born designer Kim Whitesides’ vibrant design into a plush rug. 60 knots. This happy carpet is a reinterpretation of a souzani design originally woven in embroidery construction. A Tibetan carpet, masterfully woven in Kathmandu, Nepal with handspun Tibetan wool. Brand-new (which this practically is), it would sell for $300. This is a Bertello SimulFIRE Pizza Oven. It can run on propane, wood, charcoal, or pellets, and will make a standard 12 pizza (one after another). Its currently configured to run on propane, but can easily be converted with the included wood/charcoal/pellet tray, included. (Wood can also be added when using propane, for smoky flavor.) Also included are the original pizza peel (the handle folds for easier storage), User Manual, Quickstart Guide, Allen wrench and extra screws, and a pair of tongs. The original tongs pretty flimsy, short, and skinny. I got rid of those and replaced it with a set of professional locking tongs, which I will include. Also included is the heavy-duty weatherproof cover, in excellent condition...no rips, no tears, no holes, no real sign of wear at all. I will ALSO include a Bertello-brand infrared thermometer, STILL IN ITS UNOPENED BLISTER PACK (I already had an infrared thermometer, so never opened this one). The only indication that the whole package isnt new is the pizza stone, which has had two seasons of pizzas baked on it, so one side looks predictably used (never used the other side, so that side still looks new). Nothing built up, nothing that would interfere with launching, baking, or removing, just a few black marks. Please observe the precautions in the manual; this thing gets ferociously hot, you would not want to use it anywhere except outside, and on a proper surface!
