The Landings at Coral Creek is an upscale, 132 -Unit, gated town-house community located on South Placida Road about 1.3 miles north of the Gasparilla Island Causeway that runs out to Boca Grande. This coming Saturday, February 28th, 2026, the residents of the The Landings will be holding their annual community-wide garage sale. For GPS navigation purposes, the street address to our clubhouse (located inside the front gate) is: 10401 Coral Landings Lane, Placida, Fl 33946. Some items will be for sale at the Clubhouse entrance under its portico, but most items for sale will be located throughout the community in the individual unit owners’ driveways. Once you enter the front gate, you can either turn left or right to access to each of the side streets and courts that run throughout the community. Advertising signs will be placed outside the community’s front gate along Placida Road on Friday evening, February 27th, but the garage sale won’t begin until the following day > Saturday, 28th of February, 2026 at 9:00 am. This is a ONE DAY ONLY event and the front gate will only be open to the public from 9:00am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
