This is a pair of womens Capelli New York (CNY) size 8 water shoes. Theyre moss green with a pink Velcro (removable) band around them so you can make them as loose or as tight as you want them. They were only worn a couple times & theyre in excellent condition. Cute! $3 Email or call/text 873-8051
