GORGEOUSLY DETAILED, ANTIQUE, MALAYER-SAROUK, ORIENTAL RUG: 8.8x4.4

This is a beautiful, oriental rug, which features a richly intricate and detailed, design. It is called a MALAYER-SAROUK design. This oriental rug was hand-knotted, in Iran, in the 1930s, so it is about 80-90 years old, and it is in excellent condition. This rug has a rich and elegant look featuring floral and geometric elements including six larger slightly oval floral medallions in ivory, forest and brick red. It gives this beautiful rug a unique and impactful look. This MALAYER-SAROUK features design detail you wont find in newer, less labor intensive pieces. (The pictures show just how beautiful and unique this impressive rug is.) The exact size is 8.8x4.4 These antique hand knotted, rugs are highly prized and sought after, and in high demand, because of their beauty and artistic design. But, they are also in limited supply since not that many were originally produced. So they have become increasingly expensive and difficult to get. This is a special rug and will be exceptional wherever you decide to use it. (We used it to stage an upper bracket house that has now sold. We take the rugs back after the staging and sell them for a portion of their cost to lower the initial staging fee.)
