Property Manager

Looking for experienced property manager. Min qualifications: - 3–5 years managing commercial (not residential) office assets. - Basic handyman skills for min support and then vendor management. - Vendor procurement / contract management and expense PM. - Experience working with prospects and negotiating basic terms. - Tenant relations and lease administration (in combo with owner). - Preventative maintenance programs. - Capital / Maint project coordination (roof, HVAC, elevators, etc.) - Familiarity with Yardi and monthly variance reporting - Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety) - OSHA compliance - Work order systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Angus) - Support leasing team with TI coordination, Move-ins / move-outs
