It is significantly stronger and more durable than the standard Professional Series and is built for heavy duty use such as bread, dough, and high volume mixing. New units typically retail around $1000 plus depending on the retailer. This version does not include the bowl guard, which allows easier access while mixing. Includes stainless steel bowl and attachments. Purchased for baking but due to health reasons we cannot continue due to health reasons. Great for home bakery setups or small business use.
