No rust anywhere. Safety harness intact and fully functional. No recalls on this model. Needs a good cleaning. Lent it to friends who stored it wet. My daughter says it would be better for the purchaser to clean it as they may choose different cleaning supplies. That’s why it’s priced so cheaply. Cash only.
