It is in great condition. It has new black fabric on it to give it an updated look. This would be good as an extra chair in a bedroom, office, or dining room. It is 35 tall and has an 18 wide seat cushion by 16 deep. It is 19 from the floor to the top of the seat. I live in a pet free and smoke free home. This chair was over $200.00.
