The design has been attributed to Marcel Breuer, Gilbert Rohde, and finally---to Anton Lorenz. There is a telltale design feature on chairs by Anton Lorenz, which is the curved piece of chrome tubing under the front of the seat platform. So...Anton Lorenz it is--unless some 1 has better information. Ive only seen 2 pairs of these chairs on the internet in the last 20 years. You will have 2 design icons that are very rare and unusual. And the quality is really incredible. The chrome has been polished and is in very good condition. The webbing has been removed and re-stretched and is also in very good condition. The armrests have been stripped, sanded and re-painted. 27 high by 22 wide by 31 deep. The seat platform h 8 is 11.5 and is 16 deep by 18.5 wide. The armrests are 23.5 high.
