This is a vintage 1980 s tee shirt clip, faded denim fabric with silver-t 1 metal studs over a metal ring with a metal bar across the center. It measures just under 3 in diameter. These slider style rings could be used for scarves as well as t-shirts; Ive included a random internet photo to show how they were worn with a tee.
