Dog Trainer - Flexible Hours - We Provide Clients

Karma Dog Training, founded in 2004, is currently working with families in Page, Arizona and the surrounding Lake Powell area. We are seeking a kind, reliable dog lover who would like to join our team as an independent contractor dog trainer. We use only positive-reinforcement methods and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping both dogs and their humans build healthy habits in a supportive, encouraging way. This position offers complete scheduling flexibility. You choose when you want to work. We provide clients throughout Page and nearby communities, including Lake Powell, Big Water, Greenehaven, and surrounding Northern Arizona and Southern Utah areas. You do not need to be a certified trainer. What matters most is your temperament, communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn and follow our proven approach. The work is meaningful and rewarding. You will help families with: • Early puppy development • Basic obedience • Leash manners • Recall training • Confidence-building • Creating calmer behavior in real-world settings Applicants with any dog-related experience are encouraged to apply, including daycare, rescue work, fostering, boarding, walking, grooming, vet clinics, or previous training experience. Reliable transportation is essential due to the geographic spread of clients. Pay typically ranges from $45 to $75 per hour, depending on experience and program type.
