Painted 1940s Waterfall Desk and Chair

This desk is from the 1940 s and has the waterfall front on it. The chair came with it. The desk and chair were in my house growing up and then in the 60 s was loaned to my aunt and uncle and they antiqued it which was a popular trend in the 60 s. We have just repainted it with the Annie Sloan French Linen chalk paint and put a black wax on it and then put a coat of polyurethane for extra protection. The chair is also painted the same color and the seat has been reupholstered. The drawer pulls have also been painted black. The drawers are all dovetailed. The desk measures 40 wide x 20 deep x 30 high. The knee hole opening is 17.5 wide x 23 high. This is a great desk for a student because of its size.
