However, we partner with Living Grace Baptist Church of Greeley, which is who we rent their lot from. Living Grace Baptist Church is located behind the King Soopers along a busy 35th Avenue in Greeley, just to the south of a nice park and small lake with walking path surrounding it. Please do not contact the church about event details, unless you just want to confirm that our Finders Keepers events ARE legitimately happening on their larger lot this season. They have ZERO to do with organizing our events, but can confirm our legitimacy, if you need to do so. SIDE NOTE: This is a big fundraiser on the year for Living Grace Baptist Church in Greeley! Proceeds from the very low booth fee go toward paying for renting their large vacant lot, as well as for building supervision so that we can have bathrooms available for everyone. BOOTH COST = $10 BOOTH SIZES = 16 Feet Wide X 19 Feet Deep HOW MANY BOOTHS AVAILABLE = Our sales lot will accommodate approximately 98 booth spaces per event. Event dates are starting to sell out for our April, May, and June events already. Email us for more information when ready. BOOTH COSTS = $10 per booth, per event date. All Paid Crafter-sellers qualify for free entry onto our website for the duration of our event series this season. If youre not able to set up and sell in person, we only charge a $10 setup charge for your first month, and only $5 per month after that, as long as no edits are needed to your entry. If/When edits are needed, we ask only $5 to make those edits/changes. WHAT CAN YOU SELL? Vendors are permitted to sell used or flea market goods, handmade/handcrafted things, or a combination of both. Our sales lot will be sectioned off where those selling ONLY handmade/handcrafted things will be in one section, those selling ONLY used or flea market things will be in their own section, and those choosing to sell both types of goods will have their own section of the lot. So, these markets should present a very wide variety of both new and used things, while your purchases help local people from in and around Greeley.
