410 Auto Wrecking is hiring! We are on the hunt for a motivated, dependable team player to join us in our backroom/yard area -- and wed love for it to be you! Were looking for someone with a solid working knowledge of automotive parts -- not a professional mechanic, but someone who genuinely knows their way around a vehicle. If youre 18 or older, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn, you might be exactly who were looking for. Schedule & Pay: *Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. *Saturdays, 9 am to 3 pm (with the 1st Saturday of every month off!) ---Yes..we work 6 days a week. *Starting pay: $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience. What youll be doing: *Pulling parts from vehicles in the yard. *Using basic hand tools and power tools (No need to bring your own.) *Forklift Operation (a plus if you know how, but not required) *Driving manual transmission vehicles as needed. *Keeping the lot clean and tidy with basic daily cleanup duties. *Starting lot cars and checking on parts to see what we have available to sell *Occasionally working with customers to help identify the parts they need *Small repairs on our own vehicles/equipment, as well as some customer vehicles. Requirements: *Valid legal drivers license *Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently *Comfortable with standing and bending throughout the shift. *Willingness to work as a team to move heavier items safely, using a hand truck or forklift when needed.
