Front Office Administrator

Our small private office in Folsom is looking for a full-time front office receptionist/treatment coordinator! This is for a permanent position with benefits! Dental experience is a plus but not a requirement! Our team is willing to train the right person :) Looking to hire ASAP. JOB DUTIES SUMMARY: -Patient Interaction & Scheduling- Greeting patients warmly and checking them in/out. Answering phones for new patients, emergencies, and general inquiries. Scheduling, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling appointments. Managing recall/recare systems for ongoing care. Explaining office policies and treatment plans. -Dental Insurance Verification- Verifying patient insurance(s) Updating patient insurance information Calculating copays and deductibles -Financial & Billing- Managing patient accounts, including collections. Processing payments (cash, credit, etc.). Filing insurance claims and determining billing codes.
