This is our 4th water heater from Lowes on Vann Dr. in 10 days. Started out with AO Smith 50 gal gas. Installed. Defective. Replaced..Installer broke control valve. (2). replaced and reinstalled Defective. (3) Gave up on gas and went with what you see which meant had to wire for electric. (4) NOW. it does not work either. Called AO SMITH...got some cotton mouth in another country. Dont know about you, but, I am not giving my personal info to someone...that if they stole my ID I have NO RECOURSE...
