Holes are cut into the vertical pipes for the rods to pass through, which makes the panel smooth on both sides. There are 2 chains on 1 end to tie the panels together. Legs are arched for stability. Bottom is approximately 8 from the ground to prevent calves from getting under the panel. Hinge brackets are available to hang a gate from 1 or bothspecial orderends. This bracket allows the gate to fully swing flat to both sides of the panel and be adjusted to level the gate to a tie post.
