The wick Dipper is used to put out the candle and will eliminate the smoking and bad smell that occurs when you blow-out a candle. The wick Trimmer has a measured footing and is used to trim the wick to the appropriate length to avoid sooting from the candle while it is burning. These items are new and unused.
