Knoll 1966 Lounge Chairs Designed by Richard Schultz

Parting with a fabulous set of indoor/ outdoor lounge chairs long tucked away in basement storage. These were originally purchased in the late 60s or early 70s. The creamy color is the original bone white finish typical of earlier versions of the chair (back when Knoll called this the “Lounge Collection”). The frames have not been cleaned in ages. There are marks where the paint has worn away, revealing the aluminum frame (I did my best to show that in the pictures). These can be easily painted, but I did not want to cover the original finish. The chairs were recovered in a white canvas material at some point. I have no idea how much life is left in the upholstery, but replacements are now sold more affordably online should you want to change them out for a different color. Dimensions: 26 H, 26 W, 28¼ D They sell new for $2100… I am asking $300 for the pair (or best offer). Pickup is in Greenwich Village near trains at 14th or West 4th Street. Thanks.
