This lovely sofa is in my Moms living room where it was rarely used and has been there since purchased new from Barker Brothers. It is very clean with no noticeable stains, no rips or tears, and no other obvious wear or defects. The home was No pets, No kids and Non-smoking so it is in very good condition.
