Vegetation Control Tech

Established company is in search of quality candidates to join our team as a hi-rail operator and or vegetation control applicator. We are considering both trainees for entry level and experienced technicians. A valid CDL is required for hi-rail operator and a valid Drivers License for all other positions. Travel is required for this job. Season runs from February/March to October. Regular time home will be scheduled. Good communication and organizational skills are expected as well as the ability to follow directions, work independently and with others in a safe and responsible manner. Requirements: * Currently certified in KS, MO or other state is a plus but not required. * Valid Drivers License for Vegetation Control Applicator, Class A or B CDL for Hi-Rail. * Take pride in work * Desire to learn, follow directions and provide guidance to others as needed * Complete paperwork timely and accurately * Ability to work safely is a must * You must be able to operate specialized equipment upon completion of training * You will be expected to become certified for long term stability * Safety sensitive positions require pre-employment drug screening. * Willingness to travel PTO 401k Medical Training and Advancement If you do well, this can be a career position with opportunity for advancement.
