Multiple Electronic Manufacturing Positions

*New Facility with lots of growth opportunities! VOLT staffing is currently hiring for mulitple positions in the Nampa, ID area. Resume submittal is needed to be considered for these positions. All positions are Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm Temp to Hire roles, Direct hire option for all start candidates. SMT Operator $22/hr. - Independently operate SMT automatic assembly equipment: Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven. - Perform preventive maintenance on SMT and production equipment. - Set up machines and load components into feeders. - Read and interpret setup lists, assembly instructions, and assembly notes. - Print solder paste on PCBs, including fine-pitch and BGA packages. - Identify and document non-conforming materials. - Handle sensitive electronic devices per ANSI/ESD s20.20-2007 standards. - Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. - Recognize Sn63 and Pb-free solder pastes and ensure proper usage. - Maintain accurate records and follow company quality procedures. Electronic Quality Inspector $20/hr.-$23/hr. - Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and daily QC activities, including in-process, final, and component inspections. - Inspect boards produced from SMT and hand/machine assembly processes. - Operate AOI programs and other inspection tools to verify product quality. - Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. - Communicate quality issues to SMT teams, managers, and engineers. - Support engineering activities related to quality improvement and compliance. - Assist with internal audits and maintain accurate documentation. - Implement improvements to QA procedures and systems. - Perform technician-level tasks such as hand soldering when inspections are not required. - Follow company policies and safety practices. Electronics Soldering Technician (Assembly) $20/hr. - $22/hr. - Perform manual soldering of components in a PCB assembly environment. - Complete all required paperwork associated with assembly orders. -Adhere to company operating procedures and quality requirements. - Conduct surface-mount and through-hole soldering on printed circuit boards. - Trim, clip, and tin wires and leads. - Apply adhesives to plastic components and perform potting/sealing of completed work. - Properly label finished products. - Populate printed circuit boards with through-hole or secondary operation components. - Assemble parts into metal enclosures. - Follow internal assembly process documentation to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards. - Solve routine problems encountered during assembly. - Interpret electronic and mechanical work instructions and drawings/schematics. - Solder under a microscope for fine-pitch compone Electro Mechanical Assembler $19/hr - $21/hr. - Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies from individual parts. - Complete all required paperwork associated with assembly orders. - Perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering on printed circuit boards. - Trim, clip, crimp, and tin wires and leads. - Label finished products accurately. - Fabricate, test, and troubleshoot electrical cables, harnesses, and electronic assemblies for high-reliability integration. - Build harnesses and cables; assemble and inspect complex box builds. - Integrate electrical and mechanical assemblies. - Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring, and harnesses using hand and small power tools. - Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines for soldering and cleaning components. - Replace defective components and repair older devices as needed. - Follow company operating procedures and quality requirements.
