It features a 1,650-watt element, adjustable thermostat (up to 375°F), and a drain valve for easy cleanup. The unit includes a porcelain-coated inner pot, chrome-wire basket with hooks, and a magnetic breakaway cord for safety. Key Features and Usage: Capacity: The standard XL model handles up to a 20 lb turkey, while smaller models may be limited to 14 lbs. Oil Capacity: Requires approximately 10 to 11 quarts of oil.
