1940s Wedgewood Gas Stove project All parts are here, but needs significant rust cleaning, and oven door counterweight needs to be addressed. It worked when we got it, but my ex husband put it out in the yard under a tarp and it rusted inside pretty badly. It is now too much of a project for me to take on by myself. It is currently set up for propane, but those parts can be removed so that it can be set up on regular gas if you want to do that. Basically, its a convertible. 😉 The outside is still in pretty nice condition. I have another one of these, and it was in about the same condition when we got it minus the rust and I was able to get the Chrome looking pretty nice. I think this one will clean up nicely too if you are skilled. You will need a truck and two people to move this at least! This is not going to go into a van, and I would strongly suggest using a truck with a lift. These things are insanely heavy! Open to trades/partial trade of: Help getting my other oven in 1953 Wedgewood working or a tune-up and calibration.
