This was my elderly dads tv, its been in storage for some years. Overall good condition, has some light scratches on the screen and case, but no dead pixels are seen as far as I can tell. Everything works. Comes with everything, the stand, remote, manual, original box and packing (no AAA batteries for the remote, though). Cash or Venmo, maybe Zelle.
