Headboard Height is 6’ 3 1/2”, width at top is 61 1/4”, width at the bottom is 59 5/8” Footboard width at top is 60 1/2”, width at bottom 59 5/8”, height 32”. Inside length and width for box spring and mattress is 74” x 56 3/8”. Doing a little research a modern full size mattress is one inch longer, 75”. These old beds are 74 inches.
