This is a rare and unique, American made SoftRide Windshear triathlon bike with carbon fiber beam technology. The Softride Windshear is a vintage triathlon and time-trial bicycle frame featuring Softride’s iconic beam-suspension design. It completely lacks a traditional seat tube and seat stays, using a flexible carbon beam to hold the saddle. This dropped weight, smoothed out road vibrations, and kept riders comfortable over long distances. This bike is equipped with a complete Shimano RX100 2x8 group with Shimano 105 rear derailleur and GripShift shifters located on the ends of the Profile bars. As you can see, this bike has extremely low miles and has obviously spent its life as a garage Queen. No ware on the components to speak of, no ware on the braking surfaces of the rims. 650c Wheels with Mavic CPX 12 rims wrapped with Continental Duraskin (same as gator skin) tires in excellent condition. There are a couple of scrapes on the fork that went through the paint, but the rest of the bike is pretty much nothing but clean, shiny, performance waiting to happen. Sizing the bike for you is very easy as the seat is almost infinitely adjustable forward and aft on the beam, as well as the bean being adjustable up and down. The bike has just been professionally tuned with new cables and chain. The wheels have been meticulously cleaned with the hubs being overhauled completely. Asking $325. This is one beautiful example of a vintage road bike from the 80s. This RARE Cilo road bike was manufactured in Switzerland in 1986, the first year of the Shimano 600EX indexable component group. The fully lugged frame measures 24 in from the center of the bottom bracket up the seat tube to the center of the top tube and manufactured from Columbus tubing. It came with a complete 600 EX group including the headset. The wheels however were switched out and use Specialized cartridge bearing hubs and 700C mavic hard anodized, double wall, double eyelet rims and wrapped in a brand new pair of Panaracer Closer 700x25 tires. The freewheel is a new Shimano 6-speed hyperglide, making the shifting as smooth as butter. The bike and its components have never really been put to the test. My guess is that the bike has less than 300 miles on it and it shows. Other than the wheels, the only non-original components are the Technomic stem, Origin-8 seat post, titanium rail seat, and I installed a brand new Chrome plated hyperglide compatible chain. Also, all cables and casings are new. Its a head turner, rare, dialed in to perfection, and ready to ride. $399 Joe 5I3-6 for 6-86I6 Calls and texts only. Emails might not be received at all. P.S. Yes. That is an unusual black leather top tube protector that seems to have been installed on the bike when new. 🤷♂️

Large (19 c-top) Cannondale Silk Path 400 with excellent mid-grade components all in extremely good condition. Front suspension is a Cannondale Headshok, and the Terry Liberator saddle has a suspension seatpost, both offering what appears to be about an inch and a half of bump forgiveness. There are a few small imperfections in the paint, but overall it is quite attractive and the bike in its entirety has been professionally cleaned (including the drivetrain and shifter internals), tuned, and dialed in to the max. I would bet that this bike is tuned better than most new bikes in a shop now. If you are 5 8 or taller and looking for the best bang for the buck, you need to check this bike out. Blows the doors off any big box store bike, and a better value then any comparably equipped bike in a proper bike shop.
