We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team at a busy, hospitality-focused restaurant! WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Be the go-to leader on shift — high-level hosting + floor supervision • Greet, seat, and oversee guest flow with professionalism • Support and coach staff when needed — uniforms, service standards, behavior • Step in to refine guest experience in real time • Ensure a smooth, elevated service culture every night YOU’RE GREAT AT: • Leading by example • Reading the room and anticipating needs • Communicating clearly with both guests and team • Maintaining high standards for guest service and team presentation • Supporting growth and accountability for staff • Focus POS and Opentable knowledge a plus! REQUIREMENTS: • Previous supervisory or lead experience in hospitality • Confidence to address performance and presentation issues • Excellent people skills and a guest-first mindset • Ability to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday (part-time) $30/hr - Review after 30 days
