This full-sized futon is comfortable for sitting or sleeping. We are the original owners, rarely used. It is easy to convert from sofa to bed. Easy to assemble/disassemble for transport. The hardwood frame is 61” wide, 39” deep, with arms at 21” high, as a futon. As a bed, the mattress is 6” thick, 54” wide”, 76” long. It lays on the frame at 11” from the floor. The custom cover has a southwestern motif with a zipper for removing and dry-cleaning. It can be positioned in three ways: flat as a full-sized bed, laying horizontally or folded over the back of the sofa. Three contrasting pillows included (17” square). The futon is available as built, or in five pieces (plus mattress) for your convenience. Delivery is also available, $20 minimum, pending your location. You must have helpers to unload the futon. Yes! We still have the couch, next question. It’s very heavy and you may want to arrange to have help loading it. I will delete the ad within an hour of it being sold. We asked Alta Pest Control to treat for mice, where we were going to have to store things in the garage. The tech told me he would not put the traps in the garage because that would draw mice IN to the garage. I believed him and I uncovered the sofa a couple days before a buyer who was going to pay $150 for it, was coming. No damage was on it when I uncovered it. If you want to have it reupholstered (KAD in Georgetown on Williams Dr. is great) or just put a cover over it, this is so comfortable. A mouse chewed several holes around the center console - see photos. We put a trap in the garage and caught the mouse. From a non-smoking home. 2-recliner sofa. Two Drink and remote holders in center console. Very comfortable and lays back to your comfort level. There are some small existing holes in the back, new holes caused by mice by the center arm rest (see pix 5 & 6 - they are of the same spot) and one on the left side as you are facing it. If that arm is against a wall, no one would see it. Color looks like photo 1 in front of brick wall. It’s 7’ wide x 33” x 36” tall at highest point. Delivery fee to your curb is based on distance and time round trip at $35/hr. No cashiers cheques or shipping agents. PayPal , Venmo or cash is acceptable. Antique Chinese Painting Table (Circa early of 19th century) is handcrafted in Ming Style with simple and straight lines. Four elegantly shaped legs, ending in horse hoof feet and humpback stretchers. The table was originally made as a calligraphy painting table. The table is a typical Waist style of Ming furniture. The waist just below the tabletop is made from a separate piece of wood and carved in a narrower waist connecting the tabletop and the table body in a unique way. The table is made from a core of elmwood with beautiful wood grain handcrafted and structured with wooden pegs and a tenon structure, which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Beautifully aged top will make an astonishing wine table, accent table or console table in a hallway, entryway, living room, or dining room.
