New UNHEATED storage at Publix Self Storage located at: 1100 E Dowling Road Anchorage, AK 99518. office hours are Mon - Sat 9am to 6pm and Sundays 10am to 6pm Every unit is individually alarmed and the property is surrounded by a high fence. The property has CCTV cameras recording 24/7. All units are computerized keypad accessible from 6 am-9 pm, 365 days a year. There is a manager that lives on site. Each cold storage unit has lighting and all unit doors open to the outside making them drive up accessible for ease in loading and unloading. To rent any of our units there is a $10.00 onetime setup fee, for new customers. One month minimum rental is required and we do take a credit card as a form of deposit. If you choose not to put a credit card on your account, a deposit of one months rent is due at the time of rental. The deposit is refunded after vacating the rented unit. All contracts are on a month to month basis.
