Hello there, Im re-letting my luxury 2/2 apartment until April 28,2025, with option to renew. I would ideally like for you to move in by December or January at the latest. Area: 183 and mlk. CR not letting change the map for some reason. You do have to qualify, which is 3 times the rent and no felonies. The base rent is $1676. So $5028 GROSS NOT NET, is what you and/or your roommate need to make in total, GROSS PAY, monthly. You can find this info on your check stubs. You have to apply 30 days prior to move in date. I can do prorated rent too for you if you cant move in 1 st, again, as long as I know 30 days in advance. You’ll be starting a new leaseor an overlapping leasefor a term of 12 to 15 months. If your credit history is strong, you won’t need to pay a security deposit, as my existing deposit can be transferred to you. If your credit is fair but you still meet the income requirementtypically 3 times the monthly rent, you may be asked to pay a higher deposit. In that case, the $400 deposit I’ve already paid will be applied toward your total deposit amount, which is a nice advantage for you. Total monthly rent: With all the fees such as amenities, valet trash, apt water bill and 1 premium parking spot in front of building entrance$75 monthly, I usually pay between $1925-$1935 monthly. Never g 1 over that! If you dont want the reserved parking take $75 off the price$1850-$1860 monthly. Bugs: No roaches, ever! Never seen any roaches anywhere on property at anytime. Reason for post: I need to go back to SA to be with an ailing parent. Crime: No crime whatsoever. Theres an officer who lives here, on duty by 10 pm. They dont play about sound and parties at night, so its very quiet. Quiet hours are 10 pm-6 am. NO BREAK INS OR BURGLARIES EVER! You can walk around at night safely. Food: Muller and Bluestein is where HEB groceries are. There are tons of good food trucks around. Ask me for deets if you want. Nightlife: Sahara and Signs bar and bergarden Vibe: Young professionals and early 40 s crowd. Rarely see families or kids here. Maybe 1 or 2 kids Ive seen ever. Animals: Theres animal fees the complex has. I never had any pets so you have to speak with office about that. The apartment comes with a free trash canin pictureused for valet trash. Random facts about the apartment: You are by the emergency stairwell. The ac gets cold fast. The hot water comes out quickly and lasts about 20-25 minutes for showers. Also, the water pressure is good. For the bedroom on the right handside, if youre facing the living-room, theres no 1 on the side of you, so you can be a bit noiser in that room. You are 25 feet from the trash chute even though you have valet trash as an option. Dont worry, it never smells. There are recycling dumpsters.Theres a very nice gym with all the equipment you can think of. An Olympic size pool and jacuzzi. A game/club room that you can rent out for 24/7. A bergardensorry about spelling if wrong, small dog park, and free garage and space parking for residents. 15 free vistor parking spots avaliable for guests at anytime. Theres a secure mailroom. Amazon, fedex, usps and ups are pretty good about deliveries. Theres specific instructions for them to follow. Sometimes the office will have your packages if things overflow, so you can always ask them if you cant find something. *****Also***** If you want, I can throw a free queensize mattress, frame and 4 inch washable topper in for you. I h 1 stly dont feel like moving it, so you can keep it if you want. The frame is new and the mattress has only been used by me. I can steam clean the mattress for you if you want to keep it, as well. I can do a tour for you in the morning 9:30 am -1 pm or 5 pm-7 pm. Parking gets thin for guest late at night, so I want to ensure you can get a parking spot. I can do the tours any day at the moment. Just tell me 1-2 days in advance, so I can prepare.
