Used - like new This Vintage Imperial Glass Purple Slag Glass Dolphin Handle Covered Jar is a unique and exquisite piece. The purple slag glass has vintage charm, the dolphin handles are not only functional but elegant. The knob on the lid looks like its the pointed top part of a pinecone. Perfect for collectors. No exterior chips, cracks or crazing. (There is a small, very small, chip on the inner part of the lid that fits inside of the base. Its so small I couldnt get a picture that shows it. I only realized it was there when I ran my finger around the edges checking for imperfections.) -The slag glass shows blue when a black light is on it, I havent tried it, only have the picture.
