Apresentando o Ditchit - O Mercado Local Definitivo!
I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

The price for all six (6) chairs is $800. I wont sell individual chairs. The price is firm and non-negotiable. Please dont ask for a discount or make an offer. For sale is a set of six (6) identical dining table chairs. These are Crown Mark brand, from their Astor collection, model number 2106S. All 6 chairs were purchased at the World Market retail store in San Jose about five years ago for about $300 each ($275+tax), or $1,800 for all six of them. The internal structure of each chair, including the vertical back and the horizontal seating platform are constructed of solid Acacia wood. The four bottom legs and leg cross-beams are also constructed of solid brown-colored Acacia wood. The seating platform is structurally secured to the legs using long metal nuts and bolts. The generous use of this solid wood results in a very robust chair that has a load capacity of 300 pounds. Each chair weighs about 30 pounds. The vertical back and the horizontal seating platform are upholstered with sturdy foam batting internally and off-white-colored thick fabric externally. The thick fabric is held in place to the internal wooden support skeleton using nearly 100 brown-colored trim nails. Each chair measures about 42.5 tall, 19.5 wide, and 27 deep. The seating platform, where you sit, measures about 17 wide at the back, 19.5 wide at the front, and 17 deep. This seating platform rests 19 above the ground, which is normal chair height. The vertical seat-back, where your back rests, measures about 26 tall and 17 deep. The seat-back gently curves towards the rear of the chair. The chairs are in excellent structural and functional condition. There is nothing structurally or functionally wrong with any of them. The wooden structural frames for all chairs are robust. All wooden support beams are intact with no concerns. The chairs are also in excellent cosmetic condition. There is no serious cosmetic issues to any wood or fabric surface. There are a few extremely tiny scratches on some wooden panel surfaces, but these are not particularly noticeable, unless you are specifically looking for them. There is also the residue of a tiny blue-colored pen mark on one section of one chair, but its only noticeable if you are specifically looking for it. You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction. I prefer that you reach out via text message. Sending an initial email message is OK. But arranging pickup solely using email is not a feasible option for me. Eventually, youll have to text me to arrange a specific pickup or delivery time. Thanks.

This recliner is from a company called Seatcraft and its awesome. Reclines very far back. You could sleep in it. Its got memory settings so you just push a button and it reclines to your setting. Its deep pockets/consoles on each side. Its got blue LEDs underneath that look cool, but I never use it. Im 61 and Im super comfy in it. Its got a few dings on it (as pictured) but otherwise in perfect working condition. These retail for around $1200, so $200 is a steal. Price is firm. I live in New Braunfels just off HWY 35. Cash or Venmo. Thanks!
