I have a group of five of these figurines - most have elegant spaghetti lace gowns, all stand about 5-1/2 tall and are from the 1950s, I believe. They each have some cosmetic wear - either a broken finger or two or some of the laceware missing. You need to look closely at them to see the flaws.
