Practically new. Used sporadically for two years. Very good condition. Pod side works perfectly. Carafe side has a weird quirk….. it only brews 4 cups at a time so if you want more you have restart. Thus the low price. We had it for a year without using so could not claim on warranty. Prefer texts.
