Goodman Gas Furnace 69,000 BTU 95% AFUE Model GCH950703BXAB This is a DOWNFLOW Furnace. It’s in very good used condition, please see photos. It works well, all important components are in good condition (heat exchanger, blower motor assembly, draft inducer blower motor assembly, gas valve, control board, pressure switches, etc.) The manufacture day for this furnace is 2010. For Goodman and manor, the first two digits in the serial number are the year it was made. You can see this in one of the pictures. 17-1/2 W x 28-3/4 D x 40 H PS the doors on this furnace say Amana on them. This is not an Amana - it’s a Goodman furnace. Amana is made by Goodman, and their furnaces are made in the same plant with the same parts, so there really is no difference…… just the name. I lost the doors for this furnace, but thankfully I had an Amana Furnace with the same size doors so that’s what I used on this. But please note this is not an Amana - this is a Goodman furnace.
