This Vintage Drexel Heritage Executive Leather Armchair is in excellent condition. It is structurally sound, solid, sturdy and has no rips or tears to the black Leather upholstery. It features nailhead trim, black leather upholstery. It swivels and tilts. It is super comfortable and has no issues. Previous owner preferred the chair without its caster wheels but we do have all 4 of its caster wheels if you want to put them back on the chair. Dimensions are 26W x 26D x 42H . This is a large set with a 68 X 32 desk surface and side section that is 48 wide X 22 deep. The desktop is 30s high. The side section has a keyboard pull out as shown in the photos. There is a switch box with plugs in the pull-out section for controlling power to computer and printer. Included is a 2-drawer file cabinet that will accommodate either letter or legal-size hanging files. The file cabinet is 23 Wide X 24 Deep X 30 High. This is a very nice setup ideal for a work from home office. Our house is smoke free and pet free. After many years, we are downsizing to a senior apartment community so many of our things must go. Hotpoint 27 washer, top load, nice dependable analog unit, no digital to go out. 3.6 cu ft capacity. White Steel with that nice heavy ceramic tub. Has several cycles each on casual, delicates, normal: and rinse/spin. Excellent model, ribbed ceramic tub. Dual action agitator. Magnetic lock so no physical one to get stuck. Ran a full full load of sheets blankets towels a couple heavy cotton t shirts on medium and a cal king sized fat comforter on largest load deepest water during testing. Never out of balance. Lid lock works great, all cycles tested and working well. Agitates properly and spins smooth, no noise or problems. I ran several self clean runs with citrus and enzyme based cleaning tablets. No leaks from the bottom, water or oil. Fully tested, all works perfectly. Its ready to rock. In town, priced right, can deliver for a very modest fee dependant upon location. Installation available on a case by case basis. I also have lots of accessories available cheaper than the store. Call or text, anytime day or night.
