Love Boat TV Prop

…..The Love Boat, soon will be making another run…..The Love Boat, promises something for everyone….. Offered up is a Love Boat Decanter or Carafe that was given to the Cast/Crew of the show as a Gift. The Decanter is engraved “The Love Boat 1986”. It measures approximately 14” at its highest point. It is of glass composition not resin or plastic. I’ve kept it in the original state I received it in, which is tarnished on top and can probably stand a cleaning or left in its present patina. I obtained this a good twenty plus years ago by a seller who also had a book on the Pacific Princess that I purchased as well, which had many Autographs and inscriptions of both Cast and Crew of the show made out to I believe the shows hairdresser and was for its final season airing in 1987, (that piece I’m presently keeping). Though I no longer can find any paperwork I have little doubt this decanter is an original period piece gifted to cast and crew. …..So if you were a fan of the show like I was, and tuned in eagerly each week to see the shows list of celebrity entertainers who found love on the high seas. Well then Captain Stubing is calling out your name to grab this piece of high seas treasure….
