Offering a rare, complete matching set of six (6) mid-century Scandinavian Modern dining chairs. Designed by Erik Ole Jørgensen and manufactured by Tarm Stole og Møbelfabrik in Denmark. Solid Wood - Teak. Windsor style spindle back chairs. Structurally solid & sturdy. Year Manufactured: March 1984. Stamped underneath each chair. Only one chair has the original paper manufactures label. Selling all six for $900. (About $150 per chair). Even though the chairs were physically constructed in 1984, the core design itself dates right back to Erik Ole Jørgensens iconic 1960s Mid-Century Modern portfolio. Because Tarm Stole built these chairs using the exact same mid-century templates, solid old-growth teak wood, and expert Danish joinery as the original 1960s run, the vintage furniture market treats them with equal respect. Collectors frequently buy and sell 1980s production runs of these chairs at full mid-century value. Estimated value is about $1800+. Or about $300 per chair.

OBO. Very rare SOLID square metal (wrought, not rot or rod, iron) tubing ensemble. Please study photos AFTER reading this. The satin black PAINT is in very good condition (no rust, cuts, erosion, flakes), and is very BLACK (NOT FADED) IN COLOR.*** The very fancy armchair is constructed from SOLID 3/8 square wrought iron tube skillfully heated and uniformly curved (scrolled at top of chair), and was obviously designed by an experienced and patient blacksmith (see example of fancy foot pods). Round solid tubing is used for the ornamental and symmetrical scrolls near the top of the backrest. The ottoman (stool) is made with hollow thick gauge 5/8 square tube and solid 5/16 square tube. Both would blend into an opulent, Hollywood Hills patio setting. Reupholster the still good, uniform, easy-to-recover cushions with your choice of a cloth pattern (with perimeter piping, perhaps)! No disappointments, believe me ***(looks even nicer in person, without the scrutinizing and bleaching of the flash camera; we have our windows blocking the sun indoors). Anything you see on the black paint is either a bit of dust or chalk. The paint IS really nice, even on the wooden vertical slats. This ensemble will hold at least a few hundred pounds, if necessary.
