Up for sale is a Vintage 1940 General Electric Refrigerator-Model Type B6-40. I am asking $3000.00 OBO. This was my Mother & Fathers. They purchased it in 1940 when they married and just prior to my father entering the Army. It has run continously since its purchase except for when I moved to Charleston. The only maintenance that has been performed on the unit is the Door Seal has been replaced 2 times and the power cord was replaced 1 time. It has all of the wire trays, white porcelain vegetable bins, milk glass cold storage bowl, dessert tray with lid, 2 original ice trays, original ice tray ice breaker tool, original owners manual. There are some minor cosmetic flaws. They are as follows: Inside the Freezer door is missing but does not have any affect on the freezers ability for work, glass cover for vegetable bin on left side was broken over 20 years ago, outside.- Rubber top on handle has deteriorated, chip out of porcelain on lower left side. chip out of porceleain on right side. I have include a photo of it full of food to demonstrate the it is a fully functional refrigerator. Please no low ballers. If it is interested please leave a phone number and a time to call. You cant just put a SIM card in one of their phones I guess. Anyhow, the SIM card was free so youll want to call them and order a SIM card if you want to activate it. It takes 2 days to get the SIM card. But youll want to call them first. Its ready for you. If you want to order a SIM card for it, you can call boost Mobile. They will send you a SIM card. Give them the IMEI and their service is only $10 for the first 3 months unlimited data and everything else and then after that is $25 a month and I have boost Mobile right now. Excellent service .
